My name is Muriel.
I am a clinically trained Registered Dietitian in Oakville, Ontario and strive to help people living with food sensitivities and/or poor food relationships find foods that feel right for their body and lifestyle.
My nutrition philosophy - Real, fresh and whole foods first, but all foods can fit.
A little more about me...
I'm a new mom (I have a very active little boy that keeps me on my toes)
I LOVE lattes, like really love lattes, with whatever type of milk is available. Especially homemade cashew milk (check out my insta-stories for a video on how to make the creamiest cashew milk ever).
In my professional opinion green smoothies fix everything :) Ok, maybe not EVERYTHING, but pretty close.
I'm always on the go, but if I'm home, you'll find me in the kitchen, and probably baking something
Freshly baked Italian bread and ricotta are my weakness, growing up in an Italian family these were Saturday morning staples
I've had to learn how to live with my own food sensitivities, it is possible
